This light sour cream mixture is perfect to top any Mexican foods. It is much easier to eat than globs of sour cream.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of whole fat sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup of milk
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Taste for salt. (It shouldn't be salty, just slightly flavoured.)
