This year Market Restaurant on 17th Avenue in Calgary has become a hot topic nationwide and a favorite restaurant of mine.  Chef Dave Bohati and the rest of the team at Market always create plates that are beautiful, comforting and so delicious.  One of the most memorable dishes I have had there was the Agnolotti.  I could give you over-used foodie adjectives to make your mouth water but this is what I really want to say, “If you love someone, share some agnolotti with them!”

I think this is a perfect gift to give yourself or someone else–learning to make agnolotti with Chef Bohati in the spectacular setting of Market would be a fun and rewarding experience.

    Agree, this would be a great gift to give to oneself if one lived in Calgary. Each Valentine, I usually give myself the gift of a reflexology. This year I purchased a pair of RED loafers/shoes.
